Learning Outcomes and Application This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to direct the management of contracting and procurement activities across projects and programs. It covers setting up the contracting process, directing management of contract and procurement processes, and finalising contracts for projects across the program.It applies to individuals who are program managers, managing a suite of projects (a program).No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.
